Karen Bucci:

Karen Bucci is a Senior Agent for Davis Owen Real Estate and also holds her broker’s license. Karen joined the company full time in 2003, previously working part time as an agent. Karen’s prior position held her as Director for a non-profit organization of which she was employed in over twenty years.

The combined leadership skills, knowledge of the REO industry and Sales has made Karen an invaluable asset to the organization. She oversees all operational aspects of the Real Estate office. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Certified HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives) Specialist. She is continuously taking classes and attending training seminars to ensure that she has the most up to date knowledge in the ever changing real estate market.

She is a member REOMAC, Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, New Haven Board of Realtors and both the CT and National Association of Realtors.

                        

Carrie Braley:

Carrie Braley joined Davis Owen Real Estate in 2006 as a licensed agent working alongside Karen Bucci in a team style approach to handling assets. Having over 5 years experience, Carrie is well versed in handling REO assets as well as residential real estate, specializing in handling a variety of distressed properties.

She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Certified HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives) Specialist. She is continuously taking classes and attending training seminars to ensure that she has the most up to date knowledge in the ever changing real estate market.

Carrie is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, The New Haven Board of Realtors, and both the CT and National Association of Realtors.

                        

Adrienne Brown:

Adrienne Brown is a licensed Real Estate Agent for Davis Owen Real Estate. Adrienne joined the company full time in 2004; working part time as an agent, and full time as an Asset Manager through the sister company Owen REO LLC. Adrienne offers a combined ten years of accomplished-laden experience in the outsourcing of Real Estate Owned properties for financial institutions nationwide; Adrienne started her career as a Jr. Asset Manager, working her way Sr. Asset Mgr, then Team Lead and ultimately was in charge of managing one of the largest client accounts held by Owen REO, LLC.

This experience has enabled Adrienne to become knowledgeable in all facets of the management of pre-foreclosed assets, bank policy and procedure, and the inner workings of foreclosure management. Adrienne is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, and both the CT and National Association of Realtors.
